We arrived on a Monday afternoon around 3pm...checked in and in our deluxe king room (4th bldg 3rd floor) without 15minutes from walking in the lobby. First impressions were superb....Our room was very very clean, and the deck overlooking the pool was a definite plus. Within an hour we (boyfriend) and myself were having a cocktail at the bar by the pool. Great service there as well. Pool was immaculate....Great service...gorgeous young ladies walking around making sure we did not need anything.... Adult pool was awesome...and although there were quite a few children....there separate pool was no distraction at all. Clean towels as well as a cover for your very very comfortable lounge chairs......... I could go on and on.... Food/drinks were great at the pool...marketplace restaurant as well as Mistral (classy) superb. Gift shop...no matter what service you needed....there was always someone there to help.
Conclusion

 All I have to say is...if you want to go to a resort in San Diego..... Stop stressing over where to stay...Stay at Loews. You will love it..
