Hilton La Jolla Torrey Pines

Ladies and Gentleman, I would like to say fore and foremost the La Jolla Hilton Torrey Pines is a beautiful wonderful hotel to stay in; from the time I arrived the valet was friendly and helpful with nothing but smile and willingness to help and assist me. Walking into the spacious lobby I was greeted by a bevy of happy hotel staff that clearly enjoyed working at the hotel. Once I made it to the check in counter the wonderful management and staff answered all my questions and suggested to me and my significant other to visit the concierge desk for restaurant and Nature trails available with in the area. We were given a map and perfect instructions to see the cliff side (which was over 1.3 miles away please read the fine print. If I wasn’t with a gorgeous woman I would have needed an air lift out of there… LOL). The concierge while doing his job suggested we dine in the restaurant down stairs; we made the reservation and went on our way to settle in our room and go about our day. After changing clothes we headed out to the trail which was perfect, we came back to the hotel made our way to the pool area where the drinks were great and relaxing with other guest that were polite and friendly. I will say one thing to the hotel do not allow kids under 14 in the hot tub they were splashing and making the adult guest a little uncomfortable. But all in all me and the other guest made light of it and enjoyed just being able to relax. Around 5:30 pm my lady and I went back to the room to watch the Lakers win and advance to the finals. So far the day was perfect, we got ready for our dinner decided to get a little dress nicely but not over dressed to make the night sexy and wanting. We arrived on time the young lady walked us to our seat sat us down and that’s when everything changed. The restaurant, called Torreyana Grill is fantastic. My husband and I, we were literally enchanted. My appetizer was so delicious. And my husbands char-grilled swodfish just a hit.
