By definition Xtend Barre combines the strengthening and stretching of Pilates with the coordination and cardiovascular benefits of dance to create fun, fast-paced, and forever-changing routines. Each trainer is certified in Pilates and Xtend Barre®, and educated to modify workouts for individuals of all ages and fitness levels. We aim to burn between 500-700 calories per class (as much as you'd burn in a cardio class), while providing your resistance training.
