I have heard about the Grinder Gym through a friend who is attending the gym to get "fit". Well he is beyond fit, he's ripped! he has 8 pack abs,and he's 46 years young! I then started to attend the Grinder Gym 4 months ago. I started at 200 lbs with 16% body fat. Now I am 170 lbs of lean muscle with 3% body fat! I have never been able to see my abs till now.Dave Depew(the master trainer who owns the gym) will get you to your health and fitness goals. Theres always positive people in the classes that you can meet and work out with, the work outs are a great way to relieve stress. I have been inspired so much by this gym and atmosphere, that I(as a CPT) attended Dave's internship as a fitness trainer and now working on becoming a licensed sports nutritionist! So if you go to the classes, you might see me teaching! I can proudly say I am living proof that Grinder Gym works!
This has to be the best workout I've ever had (and I've tried a lot of them!) I eat healthy, I've always considered myself active, but I always struggled to shed those last stubborn 15-20 lbs. I've been at The Grinder for the past two and a half weeks and I've lost almost 7 lbs, 5 percent body fat, 13.75 inches off my body and gained 4 lbs of LEAN MUSCLE MASS! Two and a half weeks. That's IT! Dave DePew is the best trainer and Coach I have ever had the privilege of meeting and working with. He understands the daily struggles that everyone experiences, and he has created a workout experience like no other to get you to your goal and TRANSFORM your entire being! He is always available via text or email with encouragement and support, and he motivates you to get you through the challenging workouts. I've done everything from running track, barre workouts, the gym, personal trainers, you name it - I probably tried it. The Grinder is what everyone needs in my opinion. A dynamic workout that always changes, done in a supportive group - full of motivating camaraderie and accountability with the most knowledgeable trainer I know. You will see change, you will see results, and you will be hooked. This is a lifestyle - this isn't a fad. Get yourself to The Grinder - you've got nothing to lose except inches!!!! I'll never go back to a typical gym again. I honestly cannot believe how fast my body has changed. The Grinder ROCKS!
I have been going to the Grinder Gym for just 2 weeks and I have lost 5.25 inches in my waist alone and another 5.5 in my legs and booty area. I was stuck in a plateau, and Dave got me out of it.
