- Salmon Ceviche, served with tostada chips or Shrimp and Grits
- HOB salad

Entrée (choice of 1):
- Mahi Mahi filet, braised in coconut milk and then finished with a macadamia crust and balsamic reduction.
Served with rice and Chef's vegetables.
- Grilled Sirloin topped with a garlic pepper cream sauce.
