This six-hour workshop was developed to teach the principles of conscious touch and how to apply those principles through many massage techniques.

At Touch 101 you will learn how to massage the back, neck, shoulders, arm, legs, hands and feet. You will also have the opportunity to work at professional massage tables and to learn chair massage and floor mat work. We will also explore and experience the power of energy work using a technique of hands-on work at the energy centers of the body.

Bring a friend, or meet a new one! This workshop is not just for couples but for everyone seeking a greater connection through touch.

Touch 101 workshops meets Friday from 6:30 – 9:30 p.m. and Sunday from 12:00 – 3:00 p.m.

$30 per person, $50 for two people.
