THREAD San Diego returns to its roots with a whole new repertoire for a 2 day festival at The Wonderhaus Bakery on May 30-31, 2009. THREAD is the leading independent fashion design and art shopping event in San Diego. This summer, THREAD will make a stop at its original home: Wonderhaus Bakery (the old Wonderbread Bakery in East Village). The event has historically been a single-day event, but will expand to a weekend-long festival, complete with a Friday night soiree. In addition to a new venue and extended schedule, the team behind THREAD has focused their attention on creating more interactivity at the show, while widening the scope of their offerings. Additionally, this year’s show will feature many environmentally-conscious elements making it easier for everyone to be stylish and eco friendly.
