Event Details: Event Description:
The San Diego River Park Foundation’s most recent river trash survey has uncovered a new trash problem area along the San Diego River near the historic San Diego Mission. If you hate trash and litter and feel sorry for the plants and animals that suffer through living in a man made dumping ground on the banks of our beautiful river, we need you your help.
River Cleanups are a fun and meaningful way to help improve our community and our local ecology. No experience necessary, all tools and supplies provided. Be sure to dress in clothes that can get a little dirty. Closed shoes are absolutely required. Community service hours can be verified.
