San Diego dance aficionados! Join us Saturdays at 11:30 a.m. for our weekly Cuban salsa & Rueda Class at Mind Body & Soul studio in Mission Hills. Get your Cuban groove on with lessons on footwork, leading and following technique and fun Rueda de Casino calls. Never danced Cuban style salsa? No problem! Our classes go over techniques that are useful for all salsa dancing styles. You will be dancing within minutes.

11:30a.m. First timers and Beginners
12:30pm: Intermediates
1 hour class session is $10. Students, bring your student ID and your hour class is $5.00! Come dressed comfortably, loose is better, and be ready to get down with some hot music! Ahi na' ma!
