Beginner Series: No experience with DSLR cameras is required, but it's recommended that you have some experience with photography.

This beginner series will introduce you to the basics of DSLR Photography, camera basics, lighting, and much more. This introductory class will be offered every Tuesday, beginning July 10th. Enroll now to save your spot.

101: DSLR Basics
Tuesday 7/10, 6-8pm
* Camera Settings
* Shutter, Aperture, & ISO
* Viewfinder, white balance, and composition

102: Lighting
Tuesday 7/17, 6-8pm
* Bracketing & high dynamic range imaging
* Using a manual light metering

103: Editing
Tuesday 7/24, 6-8pm
*Editing, importing, & exporting your photos
* Channels, histogram, & color management

About the Instructor: Rizzhel Javier is an award-winning photographer with an M.F.A. from S.D.S.U and has taught advanced photography classes at S.D.S.U. and The Museum of Photographic Art.
