Glenfiddich Scotch Pairing Dinner
Featuring an exceptional four-course menu with three premium single malt pairings

If you enjoy the complexity of a great Cabernet, you’ll be totally captivated when you taste how the flavors of Fleming’s pair with a fine single malt scotch, matured to perfection in hand-coopered oak casks. We’ve partnered with Glenfiddich, the world’s most awarded single malt scotch producer, to bring you a memorable evening of tasting and learning, plus a chance to win a trip to the legendary birthplace of single malt in our Scotland Sweepstakes.

$95 per guest (excluding tax & gratuity), including three single malt pairings and a four-course menu. 

FIRST COURSE
Scallop Salad
pancetta with toasted onion and friséein a lemon-chili vinaigrette

SECOND COURSE
Slow-Roasted Pork Belly
over creamy chevre grits, black cherryand a sweet onion chutney
Paired with Glenfiddich 15 Year Old Single Malt

THIRD COURSE
Tenderloin of Beef
Fleming’s signature filet over crisp pimento potato cake and a mascarpone and blue cheese butter
Paired with Glenfiddich 18 Year Old Single Malt

FORTH COURSE
Chocolate Budino
rich chocolate tartlet, chèvre salted whipped cream and cocoa nibs
