2 chefs, 8 courses, all foie gras!

Join chefs Mario Cassineri and Fabrice Poigin as they represent Italy and France in an all out foie gras battle. Each chef will present a foie gras focused dish for each appetizer, primi, entrée and dessert course. $65/pp. Add 4 wine pairings for $20 or 8 wine pairings for $40.
