In honor of Bob Marley’s legacy and Black History Month, the 31st Annual Tribute to the Legends Festival will take over the Broadway Pier Port Pavilion during the weekend of Feb. 18 & 19. As Marley once said, “Every man gotta right to decide his own destiny.” So, grab your buds (and by that I mean friends) and celebrate the most revered reggae musician of all time.
