Event Description:
Crab Hut’s downtown San Diego location is offering a Mardi Gras special that welcomes guests to dine Southern style, with a family-friendly environment and table full of hearty eats.
With reservations, groups can feast on Fat Tuesday from 3-10pm. Tables will include free selected beer from 3-5pm, happy hour prices all night, a 30-33 lb. sack of crawfish per table, and some requisite party favors. The crawfish, a traditional food consumed on Fat Tuesday everywhere, will include all the fixings you could need (bring on the corn and potatoes!). Too stuffed to cause a ruckus? Crab Hut will gladly supply the beads, masks, and shot glasses for your whole party.
The meal is priced at $50 per person, or $450 per table of ten. Mardi Gras 2012 lands on Tuesday, Feb. 21st. While most of us Californians have only heard rumors of the gumbo, jambalaya, crawfish and more from the South, Crab Hut gives the West Coast a meal rivaling the best of the bayou country.
