| | Honestly, I’m not the type of guy to hit the tanning salon, but I did want to show off a little west-coast tan when I headed back east for my sister’s wedding. I’m the type of person with who has pretty sensitive skin and is definitely not used to baking in the sun all day, but I just wanted a tan that was a few shades darker than what I had to show everyone that I did absorb some SoCal sun. For a week I did the 10-minute tan, and as a first-timer found the results pretty satisfying and natural-looking. My fair skin was actually bronzed-up a little—not bright tomato red like it usually is. I saw great results in instant time. Not to mention, I didn’t feel awkward at all being in a guy in tanning salon—and actually felt a little relaxed and comfortable being there with the friendly service.
