| | I love fine dining and have grown accustomed to paying high prices for truly great dining. The Fleetwood served me excellent food at very reasonable prices.
I ordered halibut in sauce with brussel sprouts, potatoes and chanterelle mushroom garnish. The fish was perfectly prepared - firm and flaky, neither underdone nor overdone, and the taste was fantastic. The ahi poke appetizer was also very good. Presentation was spectacular.
With a glass of quality wine, my check was only about $32. In typical higher-priced restaurants, that would only get you an entree.
The atmosphere is casual, and you sit in large,comfortable occasional chairs rather than table chairs. They play a steady stream of oldies on the sound system.
I was very impressed with the price and value of my meal. |
