Quarter Kitchen at the Ivy Hotel in San Diego Prosfriendly service, great dessert!ConsConclusionA fantastic restaurant in Gaslamp for great dinner and desserts! I had a great experience here...the food was phenomenal! I thoroughly enjoyed the scallops but the dessert was by far my favorite!
