Top it with the earth and sea, a strip steak with lobster white truffle mac and cheese and you will find yourself in heaven. The wifey had the braised beef ribs with an espresso reduction and again, it was excellent. Try the side of plantain-sweet potato mash for the perfect sweet side dish.
