Damon Gordon is indeed the Executive Chef. I've had the opportunity participate in their fall menu tasting and speak with Chef Gordon. The evening consisted of tapas- sized tasters, each dish was paired with a different glass of wine; food was great! Chef Gordon's magic is not limited to the kitchen, he's a great party host as well.
