| | As a North County local, I grew up dining at Vigilucci’s Trattoria Italiana in Encinitas for special occasions. Now that I’m living in La Jolla, I am extremely excited to hear about the latest Vigilucci restaurant – the Seafood and Steak House. It is such a great location on Prospect. Although I could never figure out why the old Cendio went out of business, a Vigilucci’s restaurant is a great new addition to the neighborhood. Don’t be hesitant to try out an Italian steakhouse. Most of the time, new fusion concepts become the hottest trends, and this is no exception. Definitely try out the Prime Porterhouse with baked asparagus and sauteed wild mushrooms. Everything my girlfriends and I ordered was delicious. |
