| | My friends got a VIP Lounge for a Bachelorette party, but as soon as we all got into the club, trouble started. We didn't have to pay, which was awesome, and we got one of the swankiest areas (The huge white leather sofa under a beautiful Chandlier next to the spiral staircase). The girl who had organized the event had ordered two bottles of Champagne, but when we got there, a very rude manager told us we needed to buy at least three bottles of alcohol at $375 +. Of course, we were all confused as to why we had already ordered the champagne and were told we were good but were now told we needed more. Both a woman and man manager were EXTREMELY rude, telling us we needed to buy more or get out. If we were booked under wrong circumstances, fine, but there is a huge difference from kindly telling someone that they are sorry for the confusion but these are the rules then telling someone to get the fuck out. The manager even lifted up the velvet rope just to threaten us! We were spending almost $1000, that wasn't enough?Everything worked out in the end, and so off we went. The music (on Saturday night) was amazing, and they have these awesome fire dancers. The place itself is beautiful, even the bathrooms are spotless and smell good. I was really unimpressed by the crowd. Since the place has a sophis reputation, I was really expecting them to uphold dress code. I was wrong. I seen girls in there with jean skirts and peasent tops. This isn't the beach, okay? I was felt up by a girl (!!) in a white wife beater, and my sister saw two people straight up having sex next to the bar downstairs! I haven't seen such sleezy behavior since my times in TJ back in the day! Another terrible thing we witness was a woman bartender on the main floor. She was rude, and rolled her eyes at one of the girls in our party because she couldn't decide what drink the get. We made the best of our night, but everyone agreed that that was probably the last time we bring our business back to Club Env |
