| | i live in san diego, but my husband and i wanted to get away from the kids for one night, so we decided to stay at the Del. the hotel is amazingly beautiful and full of old fashioned architecture. it's a perfect picture spot. the restaurants serve pretty good food too. the standard rooms reminded me of the haunted hotel ride at disneyland--historical and regal. my only complaint is that it is very expensive. we dropped about $800 over one and a half days with room and meals. |
