| | My boyfriend and i recently visted the hotel for my birthday on May 30th. The hotel was nice, but i would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We reserved the hotel through travelsd.com and we were supposed to get a 30$ dinner certificate but of course when we got to the hotel they knew nothing about it. At the time of check in The Keating needed my debit card for security purposes. We checked out of the hotel on may 31st every thing was fine. We get a call from The Keating saying that we did not pay for the hotel, which is a bunch of BS! beacuse we did. So The Keating charged my account or put a hold on my account for 276$ when they had no right to. I use my debit card for everything all my money is in my bank, my family was left with no money for a couple day beacuse The Keating "made a mistake". The Keating apolgized for the inconvience and i thought that was it. Little did i know it was not over. On June 6th i went to the bank to find that my account was negative because The Keating charged my account 126$. Once again i called The Keating and they said "we made a mistake" sorry for the incovience. Like said the hotel was nice but i would rather stay in the comfort of my own home then have people take money out of my account because they "made a mistake". |
