Listing Details: The Madness Begins Downtown San Diego on November 7th, 2011!! The Mad House Comedy Club lives up to its name as this small venue can get packed very easily. However, the comedians are worth it. Acts have ranged from the winners of Last Comic Standing to more local comedians from San Diego. While it is a bit hard to maneuver within the Club, the intimate space provides an up close and personal experience with the performers on stage. The drink menu is limited and usually requires a two drink minimum, but the cost is cheap and easily affordable. The atmosphere is certainly that of a comedy community as many of the performers will help out with the staff. It is a good place for laughs, if you don’t mind a crowd. Tickets are best purchased at the venue itself.
