Univ has a very urban feel to its unique clothing and accessories. Univ carries great, locally made products that cater to different styles. Univ carries a lot of great brands and always carry the newest Nike SB’s. Most people like shopping here for its specialized unique clothing. You won’t find other people wearing the same clothes as you. It has the appeal of streetware industry. The prices are great and there are great deals on wallets, denim, and hats. Univ has great staff that is not judgmental or condescending. Univ has a great selection of shoes and cool decorations on the wall such as skateboards and a bike. Univ has great customer service and sometimes provides cookies and brownies for customers. This shop advocates skating and “scene” gear. There are limited edition shoes and shirts. Univ has woven’s, fleece, hats, bags, eyewear, collectibles and brands such as Reac Japan. Their collectibles consist of mini modern looking chairs. Univ is a very eccentric store with  vintage décor, good music, and great service. The store isn’t too big so it will not be overwhelming with too many things to look at. At times, Univ displays special art and holds local events such as barbeques, art shows, and their famous weekly bashes at the Bar Leucadian. Univ carries Stussy, The Hundreds, Zoo York, Vans, Hellz Bellz, Crooks and Castles, and Nike SB. It is considered one of the best boutiques in San Diego. Definitely give Univ a try to see for yourself! There is an eclectic range of t-shirts, apparel, and unique denim, and it is greatly known for it’s wonderful customer service!
