Since opening in 2004 Airport Lounge in Little Italy has drawn a consistent crowd of sophisticated party-goers. Likely the success of Airport and the continued growth of the Downtown San Diego neighborhoods led nightclub entrepreneur Mike Viscuso and restaurateur Joe Busalacchi to open the 10,000 square foot Italian-Asian fusion sushi restaurant and nightclub known as Crudo, or "raw" in Italian.
