La Joya, everyone who visits or settles in this affluent, beachfront
wonderland agrees it is a treasure. Several of the most picturesque
beaches in the nation can be found here, from the massive cliffs at
Black’s to the sunset rocks humped with sea lions at the Cove. Downtown
La Jolla is a Mediterranean-like village of high-class boutiques,
