Clairemont Attractions

Clairemont is something of a “Little Asia” in the San Diego area. Don’t expect to frequent a McDonalds or Vons around here with the plethora of Asian restaurants, boba bars, and shopping malls that dominate the middle class suburb. Clairemont is home to several areas, including Convoy, a major street teeming with Korean barbeque hotspots, curry houses, and karaoke machines, as well as Clairemont Mesa, which encompasses an enormous Wal Mart juxtaposed with the similarly gigantic Ranch 99, the Asian supermarket chain. Besides eating and shopping, Clairemont also features a Boomers mini golfing and game arcade to burn off that Chicken Katsu you just had for lunch.
