Sea World
SeaWorld in Mission Bay is famous throughout the world for its focus on sea life exploration, learning and fun. What isn't there to do here? From awesome shows with trained sea animals, to water rides, animal interactions and fantastic animal exhibits. SeaWorld San Diego's most famous show is the Shamu Rocks where that famous whale Shamu delights and entertains his audience with flips, tricks and some big, big water splashes (don't sit near the front unless you want to get soaked!). SeaWorld is always coming up with ways to teach the public about the delicate balance of the oceans ecosystems and they do so through other shows such as One Ocean. Sesame Street is also at SeaWorld with its most popular kids show and pet lovers will be delighted at the Pets Rule show. SeaWorld has lots of fun rides such as the water roller coaster Journey to Atlantis and the doughnut boat Shipwreck rapids. Guests can also take a jolting real virtual helicopter ride over the Arctic on the the Wild Arctic Ride or watch a romantic sunset over the bay on the Bayside Skyride. Kids rides include Elmo's Flying Fish and Abby's Sea Star Spin. SeaWorld has 13 animal exhibits where guests can travel though a glass tunnel surrounded by sharks or watch the penguins at play. The most majestic of SeaWorld's residents are found at the Wild Arctic exhibit with beautiful white Beluga whales and powerful polar bears. SeaWorld is an awesome place to spend the day, so what are you waiting for?
