Editorial Review of Comic-Con

Taking over the entire convention center and spilling into the streets of the Gaslamp District, Comic-Con is certainly the biggest event to ever hit the city. Each year during the Summer, the music, movie, comic book and entertainment industry sets their sights on San Diego. A host of costumed characters and incredible late night events, Comic-con breathes new life into the streets of Downtown. Continually growing and expanding each year, it can be hard to get tickets without paying top dollar to this premium event. While some people are in it only for the hype, and some are only in it for the comic books, the amount of diversity this event brings is unparalleled. Tickets are available in both single day and multiple day forms, letting you decide exactly how much nerd you want to let out. If nothing else, simply standing aside and watching the event take place can prove to be totally entertaining. Make sure to reserve your tickets early for next year, because finding a ticket after they inevitably sell out is one of the most difficult deals to find in all of San Diego.
