Listing Details: The Upaya Healing Arts Center is located in University Heights. There is a quaint porch with rocking chairs to relax in and chat with a friend as you fill out the new client registration form. Just inside the front door, the space opens up into the studio with hardwood floors, natural light and a small altar on the inset cabinets on the rear wall. There is a good mix of beginner and intermediate classes with a nice mix of different styles of yoga being offered. Community acupuncture is offered the second and fourth Saturday of the month where people lay on mats and blankets in a communal environment and process the treatments together side-by-side with soft, enchanting music.
