Harmony Community Wellness Center

Harmony Community Wellness Center’s mission is to provide affordable, high-quality acupuncture to the North County community.  It does this by offering individualized treatments in a quiet, open community setting.  The center asks you to decide what you can afford on a sliding scale  that ranges from $20 to $40.  The Community Wellness Center wants you to come often enough to really be able to get better and stay better, and the sliding scale is our way of helping you make that commitment. There is an additional $10 paperwork fee for your first appointment. This center only offers acupuncture.

At Harmony, experiencing maximum relief from your health complaints in the shortest amount of time is the goal. Acupuncture works best when you are treated recurrently and regularly and treatment effects are cumulative. A single treatment can provide short term relief, but frequent and regular treatments are required for long term benefit. In Asia, a course of treatment may be 12 treatments over 2 to 3 weeks and some cases require several courses of these treatments. Their clinic works around the sliding scale which reduces the typical cost of treatment by around 60% to 80%. Making the treatments as affordable as they possibly can is the goal so that you can get enough treatments to improve your health. That is the primary focus.?To have a lasting effect, acupuncture is best received  frequently and often enough for a cumulative progress in your health and overall well being. Massages and classes in Tai Chi and Qi Gong are also available.
